No time. Our environment is forcing us to rush, not to stand still too much, to store images durable, to appreciate moments, to observe. It has long been known to science that this behaviour is not healthy in the long run. Increasing numbers of illnesses and mental strain are the result. The main resource of our society burns out: man.
The last ten years I work as a psychologist and biologist - in science and practice - on this phenomenon, advise and deliver training to organizations in the area of healthy environments. In 2008 I founded the research and design bureau Kopvol - architecture & psychology.
I want to devote myself from the position as a professional within CSR Academy - along with Gemma Koppen - to develop Corporate Social Responsibility Enterprise Environments (MVOOs in Dutch) for organizations that support human, organizational structure and identity.
The starting point is the dependency of man on its environment. He must take responsibility for her. But the environment for him as well! Only then sustainable development opportunities and a healthy balance are created for both.
In practice this means environment analysis through psychologically and scientifically based methods and translating the results into MVOO design proposals.
