Based on my background as a musician / performer, I have studied different forms of communication. When making music it is essential to harmonize and respond. Occasionally it becomes necessary to express your ideas loud and clear, so as to contribute to the composition. One false note can be just the twist you were looking for.
Sometimes there just aren`t the right words, and you need to find new ways to communicate and connect. In such situations, a creative approach is often required. Careful listening, taking time to understand each other's language, nonverbal communication and inspiration contribute to the trust necessary during times of change.
Together with Karin Maks I am one of the creators and organizers of Artventure that encourages and facilitates cooperation between artists of all disciplines and business. Experts in the field of organizational studies, marketing and human resources participate in the creation and development of projects.
