My whole life is - just like every other person's life - full of meaning and personal and organisational developments. Again and again I marvel over the path of my individual life and our common life on earth. Subsequent developments often seem to fit together like pieces of a puzzle. I have also noticed that many developments go through a natural process, as I noticed in the book Theory U by Otto Scharmer. The key to success in these processes is often love for each other and for our earth, as I saw reflected in the book Life Connection of Irene van Lippe-Biesterfeld. And often true: The silence speaks, as Eckart Tolle says in his identic book. In silence you process your feelings and experiences even better!
Because I would like to contribute to the development on our earth, I enjoy helping my clients (organizations, businesses and individuals) with their meaning and development processes. I do this with passion, compassion, commitment and according to Theory U of Otto Scharmer, namely:
I see the development of people and all life on earth as a key to sustainable development. I believe in serving (instead of steering) leadership. That's why I like to work for meaning and development by introducing a different way of looking, feeling and life experiencing. CSR is - in my opinion - the next step in the continuing development of all of us on earth, a common ground where we have to take responsibility for.
