My work as an independent business consultant and my PhD on the subject Contextual Leadership led me to invest in the theme leadership. Leadership to me means the balance between effectiveness, authenticity and spirituality. Together with my colleague Wiel Schins I initiated Moedt, think tank for sustainability.
Besides my personal ambition with sustainability and from the perspective of the Earth I'm interested in contributing towards a sustainable society and with that the conservation and perfection of Creation. I would like to work at the intersection between leadership, sustainability, religion / spirituality and education.
My personal drive and ambition lies in the field of social innovation (in addition to technological and environmental innovation). So I am fascinated by the theme of spirituality and follow the transitional scheme to eventually be associated with the Order of Carmalites.
As a professional for CSR Academy and knowledge platform Moedt, I prefer working with organisations that take a serious interest in the New World with the Earth-Life system as the only stakeholder as a starting point. In practice this means that it is mandatory to align the thoughts in the boardrooms before starting an advisory program (information, what's it about and what not).
