Masterclass • CSR in an international perspective

Thursday 08 March 2012

Description of event

This masterclass reviews the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the role of leaders in light of (inter) national developments and the aspect of (inter) national security. With an unconventional view of international developments, we derive the program. We are not afraid to raise provocative questions. We challenge you to explore this aspect of CSR.

The Netherlands has for decades if not centuries accustomed to a high degree of prosperity, welfare and personal freedom. In the international context, we see shifts arise in recent years that could threaten this situation. To maintain and increase our achievements it is necessary to actively and purposefully influence developments. From this perspective it is important to develop a new view on the place and role of business and government.
